Appetizer: Cranberry brie bite

One sheet of puff pastry
One beaten egg
A slice of Brie
A sprig of thyme
Take the sheet of puff pastry, brush it with beaten egg. Cut it into small and equal pieces. Layers two pieces together and place it on a baking tray. Bake it at 200⁰C for 10 minutes. Top it with brie and bake it again for two minutes. Now put a spoon of cranberry sauce on each piece and decorate it with thyme.
Main Dish: Chicken Brussels Sprouts
This simple, nutritious dish will tantalize your taste buds. Its packed with protein, antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins.
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp black pepper
Four boneless chicken breast
I cup chicken broth
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley
12 ounces Brussels sprouts
Firstly set your oven to 450°. Fry the chicken in one tablespoon olive oil. Add a quarter of teaspoon salt and pepper. Cook the chicken till it’s completely brown on both sides. Now place it in the oven and bake it for nine minutes. Keep the chicken aside.
Take another pan, add half of cup of broth and apple cider to it. Cook this mixture till it comes to boil. After it has thickened, you can add the mustard, one tablespoon butter, and parsley. Keep this sauce aside to cool down.
Next heat the remaining one tablespoon of butter and oil in another pan. Sautee the trimmed Brussels sprouts for two minutes. Add the remaining chicken broth and salt. Close the lid and cook till the sprouts are tender. Place the chicken and sprouts on the plate. Pour the yummy sauce into it. Ready to be served!
Side dish: Cider Glazed Vegetables
This Cider Glazed vegetable side dish will steal the show at any dinner table. You and your family members will love it at first tangy bite.
Two tbsps. Brown sugar
Two tsp. freshly chopped sage
One tsp. kosher salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
¾ cup of hard cider
One red onion
One acorn squash
Firstly preheat your oven to 425⁰ F. Wash and peel your carrots, red onion, and acorn squash. Slice the carrots into halves (lengthwise). Then cut it into two-inch pieces.
Take out eight wedges from the red onion. Lastly cut the acorn squash crosswise into half-inch slices. Next, mix the following ingredients in a bowl: brown sugar, cider, pepper, salt, oil, cider, and sage. Then mix the vegetables with these ingredients till every vegetable is coated well. Transfer it to a large roasting pan. You will need to roast it for around 25 minutes or till the ingredients turn tender.
Dessert: Pumpkin Pie Brownies
We also have a suggestion for a tantalizing dessert, to add to your fall party. Pumpkin is everybody’s favorite of the season. This yummy chocolate plus pumpkin treat is the best way to end your meal.
One can pumpkin puree (15-oz.)
Two big eggs
Two cups chocolate chips
¾ cup heavy cream
One can condense milk (14-oz)
One box of readymade brownie mix
Firstly preheat your oven to 350⁰. Take a 9″-×-9″ baking pan, line it with a baking sheet and grease with cooking spray. Now mix the brownie batter according to the instructions given. Pour the mixture into the pan. Now combine eggs, condense milk, pumpkin puree, a dash of salt and pumpkin spice in a bowl with a hand mixer. Then pour it on top of the brownie layer. With the help of a spatula, you can smooth the mixture evenly. Put the pan in the oven and bake it for around 55 minutes. Turn off the oven, open the door and leave the pan for thirty minutes to cool. After half an hour place the brownie on a baking rack.
For the chocolate glaze, you need to fill a heatproof bowl with chocolate chips. Then warm the heavy cream in a saucepan till it starts boiling. Immediately pour it on the chocolate chips. After five minutes, begin beating the mixture until it smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture on the brownies and refrigerate it for around 30 minutes. Your mouthwatering dessert is ready to be shared with family and friends.
